Celebrate at the Museum
Fort Point Museum, at the mouth of the LaHave River, is situated in a grassy park surrounded on three sides by water and is an ideal location to hold weddings, birthday and anniversary celebrations, or business retreats and conferences.
The views are spectacular, whether upriver or towards the ocean and the beautiful archipelago of the LaHave islands. For a more intimate backdrop there is a two level stage on the grounds with a small freshwater lake behind it that is ideal for those special celebratory moments in front of family and friends.

The Venue
The grounds can be rented for a half or full day and this includes the use of the stage and outdoor benches.
For those who wish an indoor event, the museum has a community room with a capacity for 60 people. The community room has an adjoining full kitchen, small bar and a washroom.
